Det g\u00e6lder n\u00e5r man starter nyt job og det er ikke anderledes for elever, der starter i opl\u00e6ring. At v\u00e6re ny et sted handler bl.a. om f\u00f8lelsen af at komme til at h\u00f8re til i det f\u00e6llesskab man er ny i \u2013 og om at kunne mestre de rutiner og opgaver der forventes af en. Forl\u00f8bet tilrettel\u00e6gges efter en fast skabelon, hvor alle nyansatte, inklusive elever, tilknyttes en kollega \u2013 en s\u00e5kaldt \u201dBuddy\u201d. Med indsatsen betyder det, at alle elever (og medarbejdere) f\u00e5r det samme introduktionsforl\u00f8b, hvilket blandt andet har v\u00e6ret med til at mindske personaleudskiftningen samt reducere sygefrav\u00e6ret blandt elever s\u00e5vel som det faste personale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kort om indsatsen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inden f\u00f8rste arbejdsdag modtager elever (og nyansatte medarbejdere) et velkomst- og introduktionsbrev med en plan for opstartsforl\u00f8bet inklusive den f\u00f8rste vagtplan, en tjekliste over de ting, som man som nyansat skal igennem samt en introduktion til den af de faste medarbejdere der bliver ens \u201dBuddy\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Elevens \u201dBuddy\u201d fungerer som et velkendt ansigt p\u00e5 elevens f\u00f8rste dag og st\u00e5r igennem opl\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8bet til r\u00e5dighed i forhold til sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l og sparring. Buddy-ordningen sikrer, at eleven (og den nye medarbejder) f\u00e5r en tryg start og en varm velkomst p\u00e5 opl\u00e6ringsstedet.<\/p>\n<p>Til de elevansvarlige medarbejdere er der tillige en tjekliste til \u201don-boarding\u201d af elever, hvor opgaver og ansvarsfordeling er tydeliggjort. Velkomstmappen skal ses som en skabelon og kan tilpasses efter hver enkelt elev (eller nyansat). Velkomstmaterialet og Buddy-ordningen sikrer et f\u00e6lles fundament for b\u00e5de elev og ny medarbejder og skal bidrage til et vellykket og struktureret opl\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effekter af indsatsen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indsatsen er baseret p\u00e5 en unders\u00f8gelse af Kastaniehavens introduktionsforl\u00f8b, hvor flere medarbejdere, elever og ledelse blev interviewet. Indsatsen har sikret st\u00f8rre gennemf\u00f8rsel, mindre sygefrav\u00e6r og st\u00f8rre tilfredshed blandt elever og medarbejdere. Derudover sikrer indsatsen, at eleverne f\u00f8ler sig bedre taget imod p\u00e5 opl\u00e6ringsstedet gennem Buddy-ordningen. Indsatsen indeb\u00e6rer et tv\u00e6rprofessionelt forl\u00f8b p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af sygehus, kommune og SOSU-skole, som l\u00f8fter eleverne fagligt og forbereder dem til det kommende arbejdsliv som social- og sundhedsassistent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kort om indsatsen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vesthimmerland Kommune har siden slutningen af 2021 tilbudt social- og sundhedsassistentelever et 16-17 ugers f\u00e6lles tv\u00e6rprofessionelt opl\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8b. Eleven modtager ved starten af opl\u00e6ringsperioden et skema for planl\u00e6gning af temauger og opf\u00f8lgningssamtaler.<\/p>\n<p>Under opl\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8bet er eleven ansvarlig for egen l\u00e6ringsproces og skal selvst\u00e6ndigt ops\u00f8ge tematikker\/l\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8b. Eleverne er ikke en del af vagtplanen p\u00e5 opl\u00e6ringsstedet, hvilket giver mulighed for fordybelse af tematikker\/l\u00e6ringsprocesser.<\/p>\n<p>For elever der har haft behov for det, har opl\u00e6ringsvejlederen underst\u00f8ttet eleverne i forhold til deres individuelle behov. Opl\u00e6ringsvejlederen er opkvalificeret til at kunne udvise rette st\u00f8tte og hj\u00e6lpe eleven efter behov. Opl\u00e6ringsmetoden sikrer eleverne faglige udfordringer og mulighed for at tr\u00e6ne det at arbejde selvst\u00e6ndigt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effekter af indsatsen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Indsatsen blev iv\u00e6rksat for at sikre, at nyuddannede elever kan h\u00e5ndtere de krav som arbejdspladserne eftersp\u00f8rger hos de nyuddannede. De to elementer er \u201dm\u00f8det med borgen\u201d og \u201dpraktisk hj\u00e6lp\u201d. Det tre-ugers opl\u00e6rings forl\u00f8b foreg\u00e5r i Aalborg Kommunes Reng\u00f8ringsenhed.<\/p>\n<p>I opl\u00e6ringsperioden arbejder eleven sammen med en mentor, hvor eleven tr\u00e6nes i at indg\u00e5 i m\u00f8det med borgeren gennem udf\u00f8relsen af praktisk hj\u00e6lp i hjemmet. Modellen er beskrevet i en h\u00e5ndbog, der fasts\u00e6tter hvordan uddannelsesopgaven af social- og sundhedselever skal foreg\u00e5 i Frederikshavn Kommune. Indsatsen har bidraget til kvalitetssikring af og mere ensartede opl\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8b p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af kommunens forskellige opl\u00e6ringssteder. Samtidig har modellen bidraget til et reduceret frafald blandt social- og sundhedselever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kort om indsatsen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SOSU-h\u00e5ndbogen for Frederikshavn Kommune rammes\u00e6tter uddannelsesopgaven og indeholder on-boardingprogram, elevvilk\u00e5r, funktionsbeskrivelser mv. I h\u00e5ndbogen er det bland andet fastsat, at der skal afholdes ugentlige vejledningssamtaler, der skal skabe kontinuitet og sikre fokus p\u00e5, at eleven l\u00f8bende n\u00e5r sine faglige m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Disse f\u00e6lles retningslinjer hj\u00e6lper med at str\u00f8mline informationer og skabe ensartede opl\u00e6ringsforl\u00f8b p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af kommunens opl\u00e6ringssteder. H\u00e5ndbogen bidrager til f\u00e6lles rammer for b\u00e5de elev, vejleder og opl\u00e6ringssted i opl\u00e6ring. Ved implementering af h\u00e5ndbogen er alle vejledere blevet yderligere opkvalificeret til at kunne bist\u00e5 opgaven.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effekter af indsatsen <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sammen med en r\u00e6kke andre initiativer har den f\u00e6lles opl\u00e6ringsmodel medf\u00f8rt at frafald p\u00e5 social- og sundhedsuddannelsen er reduceret fra 38 % til 1 0%.
